Description
N.5/5-8 originate from the Society Secretary's office. They chiefly comprise correspondence with Regional Secretaries or other representatives and copies of inaugural meeting minutes. N.5/5 also includes copies of AGM minutes 1975, 1977 and 1979; N.5/8 contains signed AGM minutes 1975. Contents mainly relate to formation of the Region, election of office bearers and representatives on Society Council, meetings, annual grants from the Society, proposals to amalgamate the four Regions and revive the London and Home Counties Branch and decline in activities from c.1978.
