The file comprises four numbered elements:

1. 16 May, 1927. Sir R A Cooper to The Directors, Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Ltd, requesting allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each "to the persons whose names are set out in the first column of the Schedule...." With two attached Schedules, one annotated in red ink.

2. Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Ltd, List of Members, showing details of Ordinary and Preference Shares.

3. "Allotments received for Registration," with covering note addressed to J A Hill (24 June, 1927).

4. [1927]. Brief list of four individuals: "The following Shareholders holding Ordinary and (Old) Preference Shares did not contribute towards the 50,000 Old Preference Shares released to make up the 300,000".
