Biographical note

In April 1989, coinciding with the launch of the RPSGB's (Formerly the PSGB) report of the 'Health care in the High Street' initiative, Kenneth Clarke, Secretary of State for Health announced that the government would provide £250,000 a year for Pharmacy Health Education Activities.
