File consists of correspondence with people who have surnames from Weatherall to Yellowlees, related to the seminar on, "Clinical Research in Britain, 1950-1980", which was held at the Wellcome Institute on 9 June 1998. The seminar was part of the Wellcome Witnesses to Twentieth Century Medicine meetings also known as the Witness Seminars. The transcript of this seminar was published as Volume 7 of the Witness Seminar series, L.A. Reynolds and E.M. Tansey (editors), Clinical Research in Britain, 1950-1980, (London: Wellcome Trust, 2000).
