File contains two original documents related to the seminar which were provided by the participants. The documents are;

The Hospital Physicists' Association submission titled, "Physical Sciences in the National Health Service", dated December 1967. This was a submission to the Hospital Scientific and Technical Services Committee set up by the Minister of Health and the Secretary of State for Scotland under the Chairmanship of Sir Solly Zuckerman. The report was submitted by the Executive Committee of the Association and signed by R.F. Farr (President) and J. McKie (Honorary Secretary).

The report by Barry Barber titled, "Computerised Dose Computation" which was a report prepared for the British Institute of Radiology and the Department of Health and Social Security, London, December 1973. A microfiche copy of the report is included.
