Papers re Marthe Vogt's expert advice on project applications to the MRC and grant extensions. Comprising correspondence, details of research carried out, copies of completed grant application forms with outlines of proposed research, Marthe Vogt's letters of recommendation for grants and extensions including summaries of the scientific significance of the candidates' work and her opinions on their capabilities, some advice on specialised apparatus grants, some curriculum vitae of candidates. The applications relate to neurophysiological and bio-physical projects of Professor D W Straughan, Dr M Sandler, Professor Schnieden and Dr B Cox, Dr M W Duckworth, Dr R Marchbanks, Dr Neal, Dr A S Milton, Dr J M Bennett, Professor E Zaimis, Dr R J Walker and G N Woodruff, Dr M Fillenz, and Dr Ambache and Professor Vane, some of whom Marthe Vogt knew personally or had worked with in the past.
