13 May, 1905. Manuscript Agreement (with typescript copy) between William Cooper & Nephews and James Samuel Loosley, of Mafeking, South Africa, undertaking the position of travelling representative in Cape Colony and Rhodesia.

1 July, 1909. Signed Agreement between William Cooper & Nephews and James Samuel Loosley, of Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia, undertaking to "act as a travelling representative". To apply "in all Towns, Villages, and places which the said Agent may from time to time visit in his capacity as Secretary of the Rhodesian Agricultural Union."
