These are coloured plans and drawings, with notes. They comprise the following: 1. Block plan, showing position of large rainwater tank 2. Basement plan 3. Ground floor plan 4. Chamber plan 5. Roof plan 6. North elevation and section of hot water closet and boiler place, South elevation 7. Sections, showing flues 8. Sections showing rake of ground, and drawing of sash pane and iron sash 9. Rough plan of Bay Windows 10. Section of bridge over footpaths, of additions, and entrance into boiler place 11. Plan of drying stove and boiler place with the fireplace for the drying stove, and section of fireplace 12. Fair copy plan of Bay Windows 13. Explanatory note The explanatory note also discusses his other projected additions including the Lodge and other plans.
