The report addresses general market considerations in Germany, and foot and mouth disease in particular (a "new wave of infection, originating in Switzerland" - p. 53), and provides an overview of the company Impfstoffwerke Friesoythe (purchased by Wellcome Foundation, 1 January, 1967).
