Includes responses to DHSS consultative documents, memorandum by the National Council for Civil Liberties regarding proposed legislation on medical records, 1978, DHSS Health Notices, newspaper and journal articles, leaflet 'The case for: "The right of every adult patient to have access to his or her own medical notes if they wish to" published by Central Birmingham Community Health Council.
