Information contained includes patient name, address, date of birth and number, name and address of Obligant, date of admission, rate of board, name of person to inform in case of patient's illness, patient's National Insurance number, whether Insurance card was surrendered, ward and recommending Doctor. This information is not fully completed for every patient. This volume contains Section 3 patients. The earliest date of admission in this volume is 1921 and the latest is 1983.
