[?John Fothergill MD, 1712-1780], `Dr Stougbuon' [sic] (f. 12v.), `Dr Daffy' (f. 13r.) [Thomas Daffy, d. 1680], `Dr Sandys' (f. 28r.), `Dr Russel' (f. 77r.) [?Richard Russell MD, 1687-1759], and `Dr Ratcliffe' (f. 79r.) [?John Radcliffe, 1652?-1714].
