Description
Invoice book [of Primatt and Maud], containing copies of invoices for materia medica imported from France, Germany, Holland, Italy and Spain, with calculations of freight and other charges. Folios 129-146 are sewn as a separate gathering, inserted loose at the end of the volume. On ff. i-vii, 1-20 are recipes for the preparation of chemical and other medicines, including methods of manufacture improved by Mr [John] Maud. Primatt and Maud are named on f. 21v.
