Description

Photograph of two decorated vases with handles. The vase on the left has a floral design with a lion and an owl shaped lid. The vase on the right depicts a roman soldier on horseback pointing a sword towards a man with one leg leaning on a stick. The vases were previously part of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum but are not held by Wellcome Collection.
