This could be the meeting of the Medico-Psychological Association at the Retreat in July 1892 (they also met there in 1889, but met at the Retreat in 1892 to commemorate its centenary). Dr Robert Baker, retiring that year is in centre; third from left on front row is Daniel Hack Tuke. Second row extreme left could be a young Bedford Pierce - he had been appointed to succeed Baker in January and took over in October that year
