Includes items relating to a decision on the national name for the FPA Telephone Information Service (1977), items relating to the telephone 'Helpline Service' established in St Albans (Region 1: North of the Thames) and items relating to FPA participation in 'Capital Counselling Week', an event organised by Capital radio, who provided a special helpline number, which was staffed by the FPA during the day and members of Grapevine in the evenings.
