Presented by Mrs. J.D. ?Comsie (accession register is unclear), November 1939 (acc.71391). Provenance not known (acc.67430); accession details of no.5 not recorded but transcript accompanying it carries the letterhead of a urological practice in Pasadena, California; no.24 carries no accession number but has an attached note stating it to have been presented (presumably to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum) by Lady Osler's executors; provenance of nos.7, 8, 10-14, 20-23 not known.
