A set of annotated floor plans of the hospital wards and offices and a sub-folder of correspondence and papers regarding phase IV of the hospital's arts project involving the commissioning and installing of artworks. The folder originally included a 3.5" floppy disk, the contents of which are in ART/AFH/A/17/3/1.
