Resolutions (printed) passed 26 May, 1949, and Chairman's Agenda for the Meeting.

New Articles of Association, adopted by Special Resolution at the Meeting [4 bound copies]. Two of the copies bear the text (one a typescript label adhered, the other inscribed): "This is a copy of the printed document referred to in the notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Ltd on the 26th day of May 1949 and for the purpose of identification subscribed by me [signature of J Pell, Secretary]." Another of the copies is a working document, with insertions and amendments to previous Articles.
