Biographical note
Edwards worked at the Istituto di Genetica, University of Pavia, Italy. In 1963 he undertook collaborative research with L. L. Cavalli-Sforza (see K. 120), analysing evolution in man through blood group data and other characteristics. Edwards was later Senior Lecturer in the Department of Statistics, University of Aberdeen.
