Annotated typescripts of chapter which is listed as 'Chapter 8' in the synopsis but is not part of the typescript. Some papers originate from a file entitled: 'Parish vestryman. Trustee of the Poor. Parish Doctor'. Includes copy of a cut down version of the chapter sent to Bill Bynum by F. Clifford Rose, Apr 1985. Chapter entitled 'Madhouse Doctor', chapter 9 in the synopsis may have been integrated into this chapter.
