(1791-1868), botanist (no. 16); Sir Charles James Fox Bunbury (1809-1886) thanking him for cuttings of plants and recommending the garden of a Mr Barren (nos. 21 and 22); Stratford Canning, Viscount Stratford de Redcliffe (1786-1880) (no. 33).
