Officers (to March 1922 only), nurses, attendants, sisters, ward maids, kitchen staff, laundry staff, dining hall staff, and Belle Vue staff. Millfield staff are later included. Trained Nurses Department staff covered from June 1922 Pre-printed book, giving, in columns, name, office, date of birth, date of commencement of service, date of leaving, annual salary, emoluments, rate of reduction for pension, gross pay, pension deduction and net pay Qualifications of nurses and attendants are noted alongside names. Entries are quarterly summaries At front is a typescript note of rates of salary deductions towards the National Pension Scheme 1926 Marked 'Salaries' on front and 'Salaries' and J8 2' on spine
