With some letters from Petrow (1942). See also, Robinson to Carr (14 May, 1942): "I had an opportunity of discussing with Petrow this morning his proposals for TRC research. In the first place he made it quite clear that he is willing to work on any subject which TRC might propose, but that in the absence of such proposals, he would like to suggest schemes of his own." The letter continues by outlining Petrow's proposals.
