The second number of this publication contains the Keport of the Royal Jertnerian Society, concerning the false alarm at Ring- wood ; the present contains their Report con- cerning the false alarm at Cambridge. The accuracy of the former was questioned by Mr. Birch; and it is reasonable to expect, that when a man has circulated a false report, he should endeavour to defend it. It was also questioned by Dr. Carneiro, a Portuguese i-*^-*^ This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge.
