BRIDGE proposal

Contains a copy of the BRIDGE (Biotechnology Research for Innovation, Development and Growth in Europe) project application entitled "Development of a complete automated DNA sequencing facility, multiple DNA synthesizers, computer station for data analysis and of techniques for direct sequencing of cosmid and YAC vectors". The application was led by Wilhelm Ansorge at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory and John Sulston was a project partner representing the Medical Research Council. The file includes correspondence, two of which have severe watermarks making much of the text illegible.
