About this work

Description

Fliers for weekly seminars held by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Biological Information Processing, 1984-1988, and a progress report, 1984. These publications were presumably sent to Crick as a member of the Advisory Board of the Center. One of the fliers is for an undated seminar entitled 'Old and New Ideas About Cerebral Cortex' by Dr Horace Barlow of the Kenneth Craik Laboratory, Department of Physiology, Cambridge University. The file also contains correspondence with Dr Barlow concerning various problems of visual perception, 1983-1985.
