A REPORT SETTING FORTH A PLAN PROPOSED BY THE TOWNS IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, For carrying out the chief Recommendations of Her Majesty’s Com¬ missioners of Inquiry on the Means of Improving the Health of the Population of large Towns and densely-populated Districts ; which are deemed by Dr. Shaw, and J. R.
