About this work

Description

A number of the documents relate to the new articles of association for the company, discussed and promulgated in 1928. Includes letters to/from F S Lowe, J A Hill, A D Robertson, Roney & Co Solicitors. There is also a note on shareholdings in and directors of the company as at 1927 and 1929, typed on to pink paper. Finally there is a 'Memo C' which records proceedings towards "eliminating the Grocery & Machinery sections of this business".
