A small coloured drawing. It shows Retreat property in green and Walmgate Stray in pink. This plan was created during the unsuccessful negotiations by which the Retreat hoped, by means of an exchange of land, to acquire that strip of Walmgate Stray which separated the main part of the Retreat Estate from Belle Vue grounds,
