Revised articles adopted 24 Jan 1929.
Along with the Memorandum and Articles of Association, there is a memo by T H Lloyd, dated 23 Oct 1928, on the business, advising that Coopers should acquire it, but that the connection should be kept a secret.
There is also a note about altering the year end for the company in 1959 and a short note on the company's board from the same year.
