About this work

Description

The badge consists of a central panel surrounded by a yellow border in which "The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy" and the motto "Digna Sequi" ("Follow worthy things" or "Pursue worthy aims") are contained. The central panel consists of an irradiated sphere representing electrotherapy, three royal lions representing Royal Charter and the Queen's patronage and two hands representing the physiotherapist's craft. On the back of the badge is engraved Ms Downling's ID number (15195) and perhaps a manufacturer's name (?).
