Correspondence with various people, universities and organisations, notably relating to Heatley's penicillin development and refining work, supply of samples of Staphylococcus Aureus from Oxford and the assay of samples received, ordering and acquisition of laboratory equipment and apparatus. Also includes menu for dinner held at Magdalen College Oxford, 13 Mar 1946 'in honour of the team of workers who first prepared penicillin for clinical use and demonstrated its value' (listed as Abraham, Chain, Fletcher, H W Florey, M E Florey, Gardner, Heatley, Jennings, Sanders).
