Description

A painting by Normal Psychology patient 8, who was Rita Simon's mother, depicting a lanscape with trees and a house. In conversations with Wellcome staff Rita Simon noted the house has a face with windows forming eyes and a worried or fearful expression. She considered it displayed a "fear of death".

The title has been taken from notes made during conversations between Rita Simon and Wellcome staff between 1995 and 1997
