Partial page dated 11 December 1699, containing a receipt using several alchemical symbols, and a statement confirming that "I.C. hath promised" to teach the author (to teach what is not stated, but is probably art of alchemy). On the reverse the words 'moll' and 'cock' are written; meaning unknown.
