Lecture 4th. Bandages for the Extremities (fo. 86);
Lecture 5th. Bandages for Fractures and Dislocations (fo. 87-92).
Folio 93 is blank, and is followed by a section headed Of Stitching Wounds (fo. 94-96) and by directions for operations, including hernia, castration, lithotomy, fistula, empyæma, trepanning, cataract, polypus, "hair lipp", aneurism, amputation and others (fo. 97-125).
