Description

Plans are black and white and comprise the following: 1. Ground floor 2. First and second floors and roof 3. Basement The basement plan notes ‘traced by Fred Rowntree and Sons Architects, Museum Chambers, York, 1936’. These, like RET 2/1/22/1, would have been for the use of visitors. They mark the functions of all the rooms in the main building and indicate the shapes of the internal gardens.
