About this work

Description

The aim of the Administrative Committee (also referred to as the Admin Team) was to provide support, guidance and information on day-to-day matters concerning the running of the NCT. Matters discussed by the Administrative Committee include premises and facilities, security, staffing, financial matters, membership, systems and procedures, and other general administrative matters relating to the work of the National Childbirth Trust. The Administrative Committee was appointed by Council and a Subcommittee of the NCT Council. Papers include agendas, minutes and meeting papers, including: proposed contents for annual reports; papers concerning the NCT Library; job descriptions, employment contracts and related documents, including staff review scheme; staff handbook; expense claim forms; Terms of Reference; and other papers.
