About this work

Description

Material accumulated and filed by Shirley Ratcliffe during and after the period in which she was involved with the MRC study into the long term outcomes for children born with sex chromosome abnormalities. It is apparently a mixture of material related to the MRC study and general material on the subject of XXX girls and women.
The files mainly contain correspondence, off-prints, journal articles, printed and published literature, test data, conference papers, charts and other material for talks and lectures. They notably cover growth measures and sexual development in XXX girls and include some correspondence with Helen Clements, head of a support group for parents of Triple-X syndrome children.
Note that the title of each file has been transcribed from the title on the physical file. More precise details of the contents can be found in the description field.
