This is differently formatted and typeset, so may have been printed separately Tuke’s book was issued to celebrate the centenary of The Retreat in 1892. It was published after the meeting of the Medico-Psychological Association there in 1892, and the leader in the British Medical Journal recording the meeting is reproduced at the end of the book
