Description
A delegation of a number of peace organisations and professional groups including MCANW and MAPW produced a "Moscow memo", to be handed to Margaret Thatcher prior to her visit to Moscow, March 1987. The memo requested that the Prime Minister use her visit to USSR to promote nuclear disarmament.
