Arrangement
Alphabetically. PP/DAL/D/3/1 were originally loose and in alphabetical order. They were repackaged in folders in alphabetical order. However, the remaining psychiatric (PP/DAL/D/3/2) and drug addict (PP/DAL/D/3/3) patient records were left in their original folders and transferred to archive boxes.
Notes
Staples have not been removed from the majority of B/3/1. B/3/2 & B/3/3 need to be repackaged.
