Description

The Autism Show is a national event for autism (including Asperger syndrome) held annually in London, Birmingham and Manchester. The event includes talks from autism professionals and adults on the spectrum talking about their experiences, exhibitions and sales of products and services, such as clinicians, therapists and solicitors. The website of the event is http://autismshow.co.uk/.

This collection aims to provide a snapshot of the show held in London, collecting materials distributed and exhibited at the show each year. The annual shows are divided thematically in the catalogue, providing material from the exhibitors in the show by organisation. There is a wide range of material, including pamphlets on services and support such as therapy as well as theatres, educational materials, leisure activities and specialist software; school prospectuses and residential services; reports and lists of resources; product catalogues, including toys and furniture; and DVDs.
