Description

Concerns the water supply at Crichton Royal Institution, giving details of Andrew Kyle's meeting with Mr Pringle from the Scottish Geological Office, his findings as regards the existing bore and the possibility of a new bore, referring to the present supply at Crichton Royal as 'one of the finest I have seen in Scotland.' He also highlights the possible corroding of the tubes in the present boring and offers advice and proposals as to how to proceed with the new bore and estimated costs.
