Also includes some notes made in meetings held to discuss the accounts. Some copies appear to be for circulation, or for the record. Mostly typescript. The 1931 balance sheet is signed, and there are accompanying notes regarding the relevant board meeting, also signed. The 1933 and 1934 sheets are also signed, and there are accompanying papers which appear to have belonged to Mr Chamberlin (sic). The 1935 sheet is signed and a note is attached. The 1936 sheet is unsigned, but there are accompanying papers which appear to have belonged to Mr Chamberlin (sic). The 1937 and 1938 sheets are signed with accompanying papers. Some balance sheets are also described as PLAs.
