Project description:

This project aims to bring contemporary stem cell research and its personal, political and socio-economic implications to life on the big screen, through the production and distribution of a feature documentary. It offers diverse audiences - scientists and film-makers, patients and the public, educators and regulators - new opportunities to engage with the issues and with each other throughout this project's two year duration. Principal target audiences are: the cinema documentary audience; school students aged 14+; the lay public/science festival goer; and patient groups, including IVF patients.
