Biographical note

In preparation for anticipated USAID grant to be awarded in 1979 for the next phase of the Project, Regional, National, Director and Administrator job descriptions and person specifications were disseminated. These posts were never filled as the Project was terminated in January 1980 after failure to secure the grant.
