Description
Photograph of two Dutch pharmacy jars. One is decorated with a cherub holding a flower and a ribbon with the name of a drug. Inscribed "B: ARCEL". It was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1940 (accession number R1013/1940). The other is decorated with a plant above and garlands of flowers. Inscibed "E.CORT: PERUV: RUBR" and has a mark on the pottery: "De drieklokken". It was purchased by the Museum in 1929 and accessioned in 1940 (accession number R2053/1940)
