Board Meeting Papers

Note - during this month the normal departmental reports were circulated long before the Directors' Meeting (see the Secretary's note attached to the Agenda). Hence most of the reports, except the Production report, are out of the usual order. The Production Report follows the General Manager's report, there is a first series of 'other papers/reports and irregular items', then the usual reports (except Production), and then a second series of 'other papers/reports and irregular items'.
