Description
Scrapbook 4 contains a mixture of photographs, letters, journal and newspaper cuttings and other ephemera, notably as follows: captioned photographs including one of Pembridge Villas, W11, and ones showing Dr Lowenfeld, Mrs Rowles and Miss Ellis with (named) children playing, dated 1968; article in World Medicine Apr 8 1969 'Toys for reading a child's mind' and German translation; ephemera relating to Percy Instan Painter including letters to Miss P. M. Traille; material relating to the death of Margaret Lowenfeld in 1973 including letter of condolence from Dr Lush, Chairman of the Association of Child Psychotherapists, obituary in the ICP Annual Report for 1971-1972 and funeral service programme. There is some loose material at the end including an article from Good Housekeeping by Louise Morgan, 'Children who lose their way', on juvenile delinquency, 1946.
